Ingredients:
500g Jus-Rol Puff Pastry
free-range egg
artichoke heart
vegetarian feta
thyme leaves
method:
- Preheat oven to 220C/450F/Gas 7 and roll out a 500g pack of Jus-Rol Puff Pastry Sheets (thawed) into a 24x20cm rectangle. Cut into 30 squares with a sharp knife and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush each square with beaten free-range egg, place a piece of drained artichoke heart and a little crumbled vegetarian feta in the centre of each, scatter with thyme leaves and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm.
