Easy Meat-free Sausage Rolls

Ingredients:

375g pack of puff pastry
12 Tivall Cocktail Sausages
milk, for glazing

method:

  • Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Roll out the puff pastry to a 0.5cm thickness and cut into 12 squares. Lift onto a baking sheet.
  • Lay a Tivall meat-free cocktail sausage diagonally across each square, brush two opposite corners with water and pinch together around the sausage. Repeat for all 12 of the sausage rolls.
  • Glaze with milk and bake for 18-20 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and the sausages are cooked through.
