Bean Tapenade Recipe: Cook Vegetarian Magazine

Ingredients:

420g tin of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp harissa
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp runny honey
3 tbsp Oatly Organic Alternative to Cream
chopped fresh herbs (eg coriander, flat leaf parsley or mint)

method:

  • Pop the beans, garlic, harissa, cumin, vinegar and honey into a food processor and puree to a smooth consistency.
  • Stir in the Oatly cream and season to taste. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
