Avocado, Lime and Coconut Milk Ice Lollies

Avocados contain “good oils” (the same oil found in nuts and olive oil)
Ingredients:
2 Peruvian Hass avocados, halved, pitted and peeledjuice of 2 limes
397g can condensed milk
200ml coconut milk
makes 10 ice pops
method:
- Puree the avocados, lime juice, condensed milk and coconut milk in a blender for 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into ice-pop moulds and freeze for at least 12 hours.
