Cacao Snack Balls

Ingredients:
80g cashews80g walnut halves
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder, plus extra for dusting
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons flaxseed (linseed)
method:
- Blitz everything together in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a bowl and use your hands to roll the mixture into 10–12 balls. Dust with cacao powder and refrigerate, ready to grab when you need a boost!
