Vegetarian Club Sandwich

Step up your lunch game with these delicious sandwiches.

Ingredients:
12 slices essential Waitrose Thick Sliced White Bread1 essential Waitrose Courgette, grated
1 essential Waitrose Carrot grated
200g tub essential Waitrose Hummus
3 essential Waitrose Tomatoes, sliced
100g essential Waitrose Lighter Mature Grated Cheddar
method:
- Toast the bread on both sides. Mix the courgette, carrot and hummus, then spread over four toast slices.
- Top each with another slice of toast. Top this with the tomatoes and the Cheddar. Top with the remaining 4 slices of toast and serve with the essential Waitrose Ready Salted Crisps (optional).
