Banana, Honey and Nutmeg Smoothie

Perfect for using up those really soft bananas.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, in chunks2 tbsp clear honey
150g Greek-style 0% fat natural yoghurt
300ml semi-skimmed milk
25g oatmeal.
whole nutmeg, for grating
method:
- Blend the banana, honey, yogurt, milk and oatmeal.
- Add 4 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- To serve, divide between 2 tumblers and grate a little nutmeg on top of each.
- Or to make a berry smoothie, add 125g of strawberries or raspberries to the mixture (leave the nutmeg out).
