Apple and Green Tea Yoghurt Ice Pop

Eco Friendly Freezes Well Gluten Free‏

Ingredients
  • 1 tub Provamel Apple and Green Tea Yoghurt
  • 120g blueberries
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 100g quality dark chocolate
  • 40g toasted flaked almonds
You'll also need
  • 6 ice lolly moulds
Method
  • 1

    Spoon the yoghurt into a food processor along with the blueberries and agave syrup then pulse until blended. Pour into the ice lolly moulds and place in the freezer until solid.

  • 2

    Melt the dark chocolate. Dip each lolly into the chocolate and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.

  • PER SERVING: 16.5 FAT (Excluding extras)
