Brie and Red Cabbage Wraps

Ingredients
  • brie
  • red cabbage
  • chicory
  • veggie chutney
Method

    Boil 10 red cabbage leaves for five minutes until malleable, then cut into 4cm wide strips.

  • 2

    Cut 200g Brie up into 4cm slices and slice a head of chicory into fine matchstick pieces.

  • 3

    Lay a slice of Brie at the end of each strip of cabbage.

  • 4

    Top with a little of your favourite veggie chutney and roll up. Serve up sushi style for all to share!
